Variants

Ecb

Electronic Codebook (NIST SP 800-38A §6.1). Insecure for any general use; ships for interop / test-vector replay only.

Cbc

Cipher Block Chaining (NIST SP 800-38A §6.2).

Ctr

Counter mode (NIST SP 800-38A §6.5). Padding must be Padding::None; output length always equals input length.
